WAC 172-121-317. Violations of other laws, regulations, and policies

(1) Any other local, county, state, or federal law that governs a student's behavior that is not specifically included in this code. The decision-maker determines whether or not the violation has occurred based on a preponderance of the evidence. A criminal conviction is not required. (2) Any other university policies, regulations, contracts, or handbook provisions that are not specifically included in this code.
