WAC 173-130A-050. Exemptions

The following shall not be subject to this management regulation: (1) Wells from which the withdrawal is less than 5,000 gallons per day; (2) Wells drilled under prior authorization which were defined as "Zone C" wells in WAC 173-130-030 (3), now repealed.
