WAC 173-175-250. Construction records summary

Within one hundred twenty days following completion of construction or modification of a dam, the project engineer, as representative of the owner, shall submit a report to the department on construction activities which includes: (1) A summary of results from field testing of materials used in construction. The summary shall identify both representative values and the range of test values; (2) A discussion of any notable items encountered during construction; (3) One complete set of drawings describing the as-built condition of the dam. These drawings shall be submitted in both paper and electronic format.
