WAC 173-180-411. Class 1 and 2 facilities — Operations manual maintenance and use

(1) Each Class 1 and 2 facility must keep the operations manual in an immediately accessible location. (2) Facilities must ensure that all employees involved in oil transfer operations, or storage operations for Class 1 facilities, are familiar with the manual provisions through regular and new employee training.
