WAC 173-182-270. Maintenance records for response equipment

(1) Plan holders and PRCs are required to maintain response equipment in a state of constant readiness, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (2) Plan holders and PRCs that own equipment shall develop schedules, methods, and procedures for equipment maintenance. Maintenance records shall be kept for at least five years and made available if requested by ecology.
