WAC 110-15-3501. Program funding

The seasonal child care (SCC) program is subject to available funds. As used in this chapter, "subject to available funds" includes one or more of the following: (1) Limiting or closing enrollment; (2) Establishing a priority list for new enrollees subject to applicable state and federal law; or (3) Creating and maintaining a waiting list.
