WAC 173-184-040. Noncompliance

(1) Any violation of this chapter may be subject to enforcement and penalties under chapter 88.46 RCW. (2) If an owner or operator of a delivering vessel fails to comply with the requirements in approved plans or reports, as applicable, or otherwise fails to comply with requirements of this chapter, ecology may, at its discretion: (a) Place conditions on approval; or (b) Revoke its approval.
