WAC 173-186-320. Maintenance records for oil spill response equipment

Rail plan holders that own oil spill response equipment shall develop schedules, methods, and procedures for response equipment maintenance. Maintenance records shall be kept for at least five years and made available if requested by ecology. Equipment shall be listed on the WRRL or equivalent spreadsheet included in the contingency plan.
