WAC 173-201A-520. Monitoring and compliance

A continuing surveillance program, to ascertain whether the regulations, waste disposal permits, orders, and directives promulgated and/or issued by the department are being complied with, will be conducted by the department staff as follows: (1) Inspecting treatment and control facilities. (2) Monitoring and reporting waste discharge characteristics. (3) Monitoring receiving water quality.
