WAC 173-230-350. Violations

(1) Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor. (2) Each day of operation in violation constitutes a separate offense. (3) Upon conviction, violators are subject to fines not exceeding one hundred dollars for each offense. (4) Injunctions may be obtained for continuing violations.
