WAC 173-303-020. Applicability

Except as expressly provided elsewhere herein, this chapter 173-303 WAC applies to all persons who handle dangerous wastes and solid wastes that may designate as dangerous wastes including, but not limited to: (1) Generators; (2) Transporters; (3) Owners and operators of dangerous waste recycling, transfer, storage, treatment, and disposal facilities; and (4) The operator of the state's extremely hazardous waste management facility.
