WAC 173-303-950. Violations and enforcement

Any violation of this chapter may be subject to the enforcement and penalty sanctions of chapter 70.105 RCW. Such violations include, but are not limited to: (1) Offering or transporting dangerous waste to a facility which does not have a permit; (2) Transferring, treating, storing, or disposing of dangerous waste without a permit; or (3) Falsely representing information in any application, label, manifest, record, report, permit, petition, or other document filed, maintained or used for the purpose of compliance with this chapter.
