RCW 47.10.871: Additional repayment means.

The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the principal and interest on the bonds authorized in RCW 47.10.867 , and RCW 47.10.869 and 47.10.870 are not deemed to provide an exclusive method for their payment.
