RCW 47.26.160: Transportation improvement board—Powers and duties.

The transportation improvement board shall: (1) Adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of chapter 47.66 RCW and this chapter relating to the allocation of funds; (2) Adopt reasonably uniform design standards for city and county arterials.
