RCW 74.42.350: Organization chart.

The facility shall have and keep current an organization chart showing: (1) The major operating programs of the facility; (2) The staff divisions of the facility; (3) The administrative personnel in charge of the programs and divisions; and (4) The lines of authority, responsibility, and communication of administrative personnel.
