Our new street address will be: Office of the Commissioner of Insurance 101 E. Wilson St. Madison, WI 53703 Insurers, agents, and other licensees are reminded that they are expected to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information for OCI on policy forms, policyholder notices, public adjuster contracts, and other documents as required by some state statutes or administrative codes. Licensees should ensure that they remain in compliance by updating OCI's street address anywhere our previous street address appeared.
