Specialized definitions. Specialized definitions. The following definitions apply to the terms used in this subchapter: (1) “Organic active ingredients” means carbon-containing active ingredients used in pesticides, excluding metallo-organic active ingredients. (2) “Organic pesticide chemicals” means the sum of all organic active ingredients listed in s. NR 233.10 (2) which are manufactured at a facility subject to this subchapter. (3) “Total organic active ingredients” means the sum of all organic active ingredients covered by s. NR 233.10 (1) which are manufactured at a facility subject to this subchapter. (4) (a) “Process wastewater flow” means the sum of the average daily flow from the following wastewater streams: (b) Does not mean wastewaters from the production of intermediate chemicals. (5) “Process wastewater pollutants” means those pollutants present in process wastewater flow.
