New source performance standards (NSPS)

New source performance standards (NSPS). (1) Any new source subject to this subchapter which discharges process wastewater pollutants shall achieve the NSPS specified in s. NR 233.10 (4) , and subject to s. NR 233.10 (1) shall meet the following standards for BOD 5 , TSS, COD and pH: (2) Any new source subject to this subchapter which discharges priority pollutants may not exceed the quantity or mass determined by multiplying the process wastewater flow times the appropriate concentrations listed in Table 4 or Table 5.
