Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS). Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS). Except as provided in ss. NR 211.13 and 211.14 , any new source subject to this subchapter shall comply with ch. NR 211 and achieve the pretreatment standards for new sources as follows. There may be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.
