New source performance standards. (1) The discharge of wastewater pollutants from any new source subject to this subchapter may not exceed the following standards: (2) There may be no discharge allowance for process wastewater pollutants from any battery manufacturing operation other than those battery manufacturing operations listed in tables 19 to 26.
