Pretreatment standards for new sources.
(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7 , any new source subject to this subchapter that introduces pollutants into a POTW shall comply with 40 CFR Part 403 and achieve the following pretreatment standards for new sources:
(2) There may be no discharge allowance for process wastewater pollutants from any battery manufacturing operation other than those battery manufacturing operations listed in tables 97 to 99.
