Specialized definitions. Specialized definitions. The following definitions apply to the terms used in this subchapter: (1) “Cathode ray tube” means an electronic device in which electrons focus through a vacuum to generate a controlled image on a luminescent surface. (2) “TTO” means the sum of the concentrations of each of the following toxic organic compounds which is found in the discharge at a concentration greater than 10 micrograms per liter.
