The provisions of this subcategory are applicable to discharges from: (1) Mines operated to obtain iron ore, regardless of the type of ore or its mode of occurrence; and (2) Mills beneficiating iron ores by physical (magnetic and nonmagnetic) or chemical separation, or both.
