This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants from processes in the finishing water subcategory to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs. The finishing water subcategory is limited to processes where process water contacts the plastic product for the purpose of removing waste plastic material or lubricating a plastic product during finishing.
