Purpose. Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures for implementation of various recreational aids programs under ss. 20.370 (5) (cy) , 23.09 (11) , (12) , (17m) , (19) , (20) and (26) , 23.094 , 23.195 , 23.30 (3) (h) , 30.275 , 30.277 , 30.79 and 350.12 (4) , Stats., and 16 USC 460d , 460L-4 , et seq., 669 et seq., 1261, 1262 and 26 USC 9503 (6), 9511 .
