A responsible unit subject to this chapter shall maintain records supporting its application and documenting its compliance with this chapter. The records shall be available for department review. The responsible unit shall retain its records related to the annual program report submitted under s. NR 544.10 for at least 3 years following the submittal of that year’s annual program report.
