Applicability

Applicability. (1) The requirements of this subchapter apply to tank systems for storing or treating hazardous secondary material excluded under the remanufacturing exclusion under s. NR 661.0004 (1) (za) . (2) Tank systems, including sumps, as defined in s. NR 660.10 (114) , that serve as part of a secondary containment system to collect or contain releases of hazardous secondary material are exempted from the requirements specified in s. NR 661.0193 (1) .
