Do-it-yourselfer used oil collection centers. (1) Applicability. This section applies to owners or operators of all do-it-yourselfer used oil collection centers, as defined in s. NR 679.01 . (2) Do-it-yourselfer used oil collection center requirements. Owners or operators of all do-it-yourselfer used oil collection centers shall comply with the generator standards in subch. C .
