Scoring driving skills tests and special examinations

Scoring driving skills tests and special examinations. (1) Evaluated driving skills shall be assigned a point value and points shall be awarded for all skills successfully completed or which are not tested. (2) A passing score for a skills test shall be determined by the accumulated point total for the class and endorsement being tested.
