Applicability

Applicability. Applicability. The provisions of this chapter relating to eligibility for motor vehicle manufacturer’s licenses and motor vehicle dealers’ licenses for the sale or distribution of new motor vehicles shall apply to all such licenses issued on or after December 1, 1977 and shall apply to any renewal of any such license that was issued prior to December 1, 1977.
