Definitions.
Definitions. Words and phrases defined in s. 340.01 , Stats., have the same meaning in this chapter unless a different definition is specifically provided. In this chapter:
(1) “Properly posted” has the meaning given in s. 349.13 (3m) (a) 2. , Stats.
(2) “Law enforcement agency” means a county sheriff or municipal police department.
