Records. (1) Review. The utility person shall maintain copies of all inspection reports and shall make inspection reports available for review by the department, other agencies, or the public upon request. (2) Retention. The utility person shall maintain copies of all records listed under sub. (1) with the approved utility permit for the project for a period of not less than 3 years after the date the utility person provides the utility permit completion notice to the department.
