Definitions. (1) “Applicator” means the person physically applying the chemicals to the treatment site. (2) “Chemical fact sheet” means a summary of information on a specific chemical written by the department including general aquatic community and human safety considerations applicable to Wisconsin sites. (3) “Department” means the department of natural resources.
