Nonprofit educational exhibitors. (1) Application. This section is developed pursuant to s. 169.26 , Stats., to establish qualifications and conditions for nonprofit educational exhibitors. (2) General exhibit requirements. Nonprofit educational exhibitors shall comply with all the requirements of ss. NR 16.30 to 16.38 . (3) Exceptions to pen requirements. All interactive sessions with captive wild animals shall comply with the requirements of s. NR 16.35 (7) .
