Applicability. Applicability. This subchapter applies to eligible recipients as defined in s. 281.69 (3) (a) , Stats., and s. 281.70 (4) (a) , Stats., that wish to apply for grants for the acquisition of property in fee simple or for a conservation easement to protect or improve lakes, rivers, and their ecosystems.
