Applicability

Applicability. (1) This chapter applies to all cities, villages, towns and metropolitan sewerage districts applying for financial assistance under s. 281.665 , Stats., for a grant under this chapter. (2) Watercourses eligible for grants include any river, lake, flowage, wetlands or stormwater channel.
