Misrepresentations forbidden.

No company, and no officer or agent thereof, shall orally, or in writing, misrepresent the terms, benefits, or privileges of any service contract issued, or to be issued, by it. History: 1977 c. 339 s. 8; Stats. 1977 s. 616.80.
