Derivative proceedings; definition.

In ss. 181.0740 to 181.0747 , “derivative proceeding” means a civil suit in the right of a corporation or, to the extent provided in ss. 181.0741 , 181.0743 and 181.0745 to 181.0747 , in the right of a foreign corporation. History: 1997 a. 79 .
