Election administration fund.

There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund, designated the election administration fund, consisting of all moneys received from the federal government under P.L. 107-252 and all moneys transferred to the fund from other funds. History: 2003 a. 35, 266; 2011 a. 32; 2021 a. 58.
