Guidelines For Video-Cassette Commercials

WEST VIRGINIA INFORMATIONAL LETTER NO. 48 DECEMBER 28, 1987 NOTICE TO ALL MASS-MARKETING INSURERS Our previous guidelines stipulated that insurers submit a 3/4 inch VHS video-cassette when submitting video-cassettes of commercials for our review. Please be advised that this guideline has been revised to stipulate that a "½ " VHS video-cassette be utilized, instead.
