§45-10-6. Registration. 6.1. Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of this rule all persons owning and/or operating a source(s) of sulfur dioxide subject to this rule and not previously registered shall have registered such source(s) with the Director. The information required for registration shall be determined and provided in the manner specified by the Director. Registration forms should be requested from the Director by the owner and/or operator of such source(s). 6.2. The owner and/or operator of a source(s) of sulfur dioxide that is under construction or on which construction is initiated within thirty (30) days after the effective date of this rule shall register such source(s) within this thirty (30) day period.
