§45-17-5. Variance 5.1. A variance may be granted for up to ten (10) days from the requirements of this rule by the Director for conditions beyond the control of any person. Any request for a variance shall contain evidence satisfactory to the Director. Variances of over ten (10) days may be granted by the Director, provided an acceptable control program has been submitted by the person requesting said variance.
