§45-18-15. Effect of the Rule. 15.1. Nothing in this rule shall be construed to allow or permit the installation, establishment or construction of a new municipal or commercial solid waste facility utilizing incineration technology for the purpose of solid waste incineration in violation of W.Va. Code §22-15-19.
