§45-21-1. General.
1.1. Scope. -- It is the intent of the Director that all persons engaged in the manufacture, mixing, storage, use, or application of volatile organic compounds control the emission of volatile organic compounds through the application of reasonably available control technology. This regulation applies to sources located in Putnam County, Kanawha County, Cabell County, Wayne County, and Wood County.
