§45-23-5. Permits. 5.1. Nothing contained in this rule shall be construed or inferred to mean that permit requirements in accordance with applicable rules shall be in any way limited or inapplicable with the exception as follows: 5.1.a. A control system installed at a MSW landfill solely to comply with this rule and 40 CFR 60.752(b)(2)(iii), shall not be defined as a stationary source under §45-13-2.25.a. for purposes of applicability of '45-13 permit requirements.
