§45-27-7. Loading and Unloading Railcars and Tank Trucks. 7.1. Owners and operators of chemical processing units or facilities subject to the requirements of this rule shall employ BAT to prevent or control toxic air pollutant discharges in the loading and unloading of railcars and tank trucks with toxic air pollutants or material mixtures containing toxic air pollutants.
