§45-30-14. Conflict with Other Rules. 14.1. If a source is required to obtain an operating permit pursuant to this rule and is also required to obtain an operating permit under any other rule of the Secretary (not including preconstruction permits), then the provisions of this rule shall supersede the provisions of such other rule of the Secretary which requires an operating permit.
