§45-39-55. Banking. 55.1. CAIR NOX Annual allowances may be banked for future use or transfer in a compliance account or a general account in accordance with subsection 55.2. 55.2. Any CAIR NOX Annual allowance that is held in a compliance account or a general account will remain in such account unless and until the CAIR NOX Annual allowance is deducted or transferred under sections 54, 56, or sections 60 through 62.
