§45-3-1. General.
1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes emission limitations for hot mix asphalt plants and the plant property and sets forth the permitting, recordkeeping, reporting, and exemption requirements.
1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §22-5-4.
1.3. Filing Date. -- May 2, 2024.
1.4. Effective Date. -- June 1, 2024.
1.5. Sunset provision. -- Does not apply.
