§45-40-55. Banking. 55.1. CAIR NOX Ozone Season allowances may be banked for future use or transfer in a compliance account or a general account in accordance with subsection 55.2. 55.2. Any CAIR NOX Ozone Season allowance that is held in a compliance account or a general account will remain in such account unless and until the CAIR NOX Ozone Season allowance is deducted or transferred under sections 54, 56, or sections 60 through 62.
